      Freedom to explore creative ideas and ownership on the domain

      Cons

      Pay is lower compared to market. Unsupportive management which bring in new rules to torture people specially ones in notice period. Poor work life balance. No specific workflows. A company rather than taking steps towards correcting design mistakes. They accept as it is and try to hide and do some unethical engineering practices to make it work and hide from customers. Toxic work culture
