Want to work at a company that constantly slashes benefits, gives false promises and treats you like complete and utter garbage? (No matter what your position is!) Then this is the job for you! (Or go join a circus, same thing, really.) You will: -Start at minimum wage with an increase at 3 months! ... Nah. You won't ge getting that -Work hard for 4+years in hope of recognition that will never come. (The owner will always confuse you with someone else.) -Get a pay increase each year for your hard work! (BIG NOPE. They will keep you at your starting wage. Rising gas? Nah. Need to eat? Nope.) But hey, at least the owners have a shiny, expensive car to drive around. Can afford to send his kids to European schools. You can have university degrees up the wazoo and will still be placed at min wage. Your education and sought after skills are pointless here. Keep your sanity, avoid like the plague. It's just not worth it. Even Sundial's issues feel minor compared to OSG. Good luck! And if you do apply, don't say you weren't warned. If you read this far, there is one and only one pro: My coworkers. The lifeblood of this company, you all rock.
