Hours can be demanding as they normally expect employees to work doubles without any consideration given
The stairs and corners are extremely tight in this restaurant. A safety hazard if ever was one
Sometimes the tips don’t feel accurately reported (just my gut feeling)
- Family meal is great, and the other captains and bar staff are nice.
Cons
- Manager takes tips.
- As a server, you are also a busser, porter, runner, polisher and night time cleaning crew. If you bartend, you will do that plus all the above.
- OVerstaffed every day. Good tips but you split with too many people. Good luck making more than $800 a week.
