      Pros

      Great company to work for. They take care of you as a whole while you work for them. They are very big on work life balance.

      Cons

      Younger for a company in the retail store setting, still ironing out the kinks and learning from mistakes made in past. They are a little bit behind on policies and procedures for how the company operates.

      You can get promoted but it takes time

      Cons

      They hold everything over your head. You don't ask to have a chef, it's something they provide but they throw it in your face that you are getting free food and withhold money that should go to your raise by brining up that argument. Very cliquish and takes a long time for you to get promoted.
