Best environment I’ve had at a job

The pay was really low

-Free breakfast & lunch -Some nice employees -personally: did learn new things that I’m grateful for

-management is terrible, some are clueless of what employees actually do and what their workload entitles -tons of egos, which results to rude people and eventually evolves to toxic environment -better be ready to take on the workload of more than one employee’s worth -not a diverse workplace AT ALL -you’ll be working on some holidays like MLK, Juneteenth, etc -some people’s ego would get in the way of properly training new hires
