      Pros

      1. Interesting mission and great products 2. Good perks (Dog-friendly office, catered lunch, company beach day, etc.)

      Cons

      1. Demanding work load & limited resources (Get ready to wear many hats and take on additional responsibilities. You will have to be resourceful because you won't always have the tools that you need.) 2. Cliques (They say 'we are a family here' when they recruit you but it's definitely the cliquiest place I've worked. Most people probably won't care but keep in mind this will affect the kind of projects you get and ultimately your career advancement opportunities)

      Pros

      Really nice work environment. The company has great values and seems to genuinely care about the employes, supply chain and the environment. Giving back is a big part of the company culture

      Cons

      Even though Olukai is relatively small, it has a kind of square corporate culture. Also quite a bit of inner-office gossip and competition between departments.

      Good Work Environment - High Stress, Low Pay

      Pros

      One of the best and friendliest work environments I have been part of. Benefits such as PTO, free breakfast/lunch, coffee and insurance are really good.

      Cons

      Amount of work required for the pay is way too much. Little projects added every week on top of our overbearing call and ticket volume. There seems to be no notable changes around that are decreasing work load. No talks of significant pay increases. Opportunities seem really hard to get especially if you are not part of the circle.
