Pros
The Firm provides a conducive environment for learning. Everybody is just willing to see you grow in all aspect, from Mr. Sofowora himself, down to the admin staff. It was indeed a privilege to have encountered that Firm. Best place to learn "good law practice". A family away from family, I still miss them.
Cons
Indeed and in truth, there is (are) no downsides, it is simply the best.
