Pros
Willing to train people with no experience. Some very knowledgeable employees. Lots of departments. So you tend to do just what you were hired to do.
Cons
Out of touch bosses. Directives implemented that add more work to employees with out reduction of current work load, so you get burnt out quickly. Its ran by an older generation thats out of touch with the needs of the modern work force. The addition of HR really added another layer of being out of touch. Employees are looked at a numbers now and Olympic has adopted the "pizza party" mentality to improve moral instead of wanting to listen to what the staff truly needs.
