      Results Ignored, Politics Rewarded

      Pros

      Some good people in the business trying to do the right thing, but largely held back by poor leadership and lack of structure.

      Cons

      Clique driven culture where results mean very little if you do not conform. Lack of accountability across leadership and vendors, with clear inefficiencies going unchallenged. Poor onboarding, no stakeholder alignment, and minimal support from management. Expectations are unclear and constantly shifting, yet performance is judged against vague standards. Hard work, cost savings, and tangible improvements are not recognised.

      Best place I’ve worked in a long time

      Pros

      The people - seriously bright and passionate, also some of the nicest people I have worked with for a long time. The mission - whilst a commercially focussed business, it’s all done with the greater good in mind. Omaze helps charities raise money for phenomenal causes. Culture - i haven’t found a culture this good in over 10 years. So positive, open and collaborative - everyone genuinely has each others backs. When you work so hard humour and fun is a priority.

      Pros

      What makes this company stand out is the people. Across all teams, at each level, everyone is sharp, driven, and adds value. The managers guide with integrity and care, and the leadership team make a tangible difference by setting a clear vision. To work for a company where excellence is the norm is top notch.

      Cons

      Workload can be pacy. Something to consider if you don't fancy getting your skates on.
