      Pros

      The people - seriously bright and passionate, also some of the nicest people I have worked with for a long time. The mission - whilst a commercially focussed business, it’s all done with the greater good in mind. Omaze helps charities raise money for phenomenal causes. Culture - i haven’t found a culture this good in over 10 years. So positive, open and collaborative - everyone genuinely has each others backs. When you work so hard humour and fun is a priority.

      Pros

      Culture first Cohesive leadership team Creating significant funding (nearly $100M!) and impact for charities

      Cons

      Nothing specific to point to other than the typical challenges of a company that's scaling rapidly and expanding globally. Every company that's going through high growth faces adversities and Omaze and it's leadership team are navigating those moments with care and precision.

      Great inclusive company culture - one of the only places I have worked that everyone you meet is happy to be at the company.
