Company focus is extremely unbalanced (ratio of charity to celebrity focus), not enough work-life balance, no leadership, lack of vision, cult-like office culture, overcrowded work space

Small company, new office space in Culver City, dog friendly office, diverse culture, no vacation policy, most employees are under 30

Cons

Founders don't get along, stressful office environment, no work/life balance - expectation to be 'available' 24/7 and holidays to meet goals, weak benefits package as compared to VC backed start-ups of similar size (ex. no on-site meals, limited parking, no gym reimbursement, no 401k matching), unclear direction on priorities (ex. tech/product or driving immediate revenue).

Flexible work environment and good benefits.

Doesn't appreciate its employees' work-life balance, refuses to pay competitive salaries for people with experience, every department is top-heavy and it can be almost impossible to your job at times, schedules are packed with so many meetings you can never find time to actually do work, no one relays all the information and you spend the day tracking down everything you need, there is no career growth plan, all that's done in team meetings is talk about how much money we made and all the "good" that the company is doing without making sure that their employees are happy first.
