Pros
Company has some people with a lot of industry knowledge. This is helpful when selling broadcast equipment. They have access to a lot of different product lines.
Cons
Massive turnover. There is constant in-fighting among the employees. People aren't allowed to do their jobs properly due to severe micro-management. Employees were generally unhappy in their jobs. Favoritism towards certain employees was unfair to the group as a whole. Drama and personal issues outside work were considered normal work conversations and it made working there very uncomfortable at times.
