Pros

One advantage of this workplace is the closely situated cubicles, which allow management to easily monitor employees throughout the day.

Cons

I am composing this review to disseminate my experiences at this establishment. While it may not be feasible to articulate every occurrence that has transpired, I would like to address the salient aspects that I have observed during my tenure. It is no clandestine matter that the staff is dissatisfied, and to elucidate, the workload is excessively onerous, and the personnel is insufficient to cope with it. The expectations are equally demanding, and the minimum standards are laborious to meet. Employees feel an obligation to labor beyond their regular hours, even on weekends and during their paid time off. It appears that management is creating obstacles that impede progress and is not demonstrating sufficient concern for subordinates. Their response to mismanagement has been to offer a monthly pizza party, which is inadequate. Despite employees requesting remote work, management refused. However, they later relented and adopted a hybrid approach, possibly due to the hiring process and lack of suitable candidates. It is important to note that when you have an appointment, you are required to send a mass email notifying your colleagues that you will be absent, who will be your designated replacement, and when you will return. It is also expected that you make up for the lost time, which is atypical for salaried jobs. Every minute of absence must be accounted for. Unlike most employers who require two weeks' notice, this company mandates that you plan your PTO 30 days in advance. In addition, certain employees repeatedly display insubordinate behavior, which management does not address, leading to a hostile work environment. It is difficult to ignore the clear favoritism displayed towards certain employees, especially in a small office setting. It's worth noting that the employees are subject to severe micromanagement. The micromanagement extends to email monitoring, where all emails sent by employees are CC’d to their colleagues and VP. This can be uncomfortable for employees, as it fosters a sense of uncertainty and lack of autonomy, leading them to question their decisions down to an email. There are several areas in which this company needs to improve, but I won't delve into them all. If the current systems are not updated, management may find themselves with an empty office.

Management let's you work independently, no one is breathing down your neck. The pay is very generous and the benefits are great.

The data entry specialist position can become rather monotonous.
