Comes across as a working persons company offering coffee mornings and allows you to put family first Decent hours local and lots of great people work there
Cons
Absolutely no training provided Basic process training No leadership Just seems to be a management meeting location No interaction with sales or projects Everyone just says not my job and loves to play the blame game No direction Senior staff say that’s no my thing get someone else to do it
