      Work from home flexibility on site car parking

      Poor management hostility between middle management and senior management rogue employees not managed properly in fighting and lack of team cohesion department silos bad behaviour is rewarded absent HR team who do not respond to issues victim blaming and gaslighting inconsistent messages

      Colleagues who support you WFH option

      Cons

      The workplace is a 'boys' club, if you are not part of the club, you will not get pay rises, support from upper management etc. Bullying is part of the workplace and middle and upper management do nothing about it Stay away!

      Not a bad company but poor perks and benefits

      Exciting expanding company beginning to penetrate many UK markets.

      Cons

      Poor pension scheme, only 5% matched, in comparison with many other companies in the sector that offer 15% matched. Share scheme is limited to £1000 per year, rather than maximum of £1800, shares are only matched instead of double matched to employer maximum of £3600. No offer of gym membership or other company perks.
