      Moving from remote to hybrid Management unreachable and dishonest Constant failure to comply company policies that are there to protect employees life quality. Cult like feeling

      -Benefits are nice and they try to give a good video culture inside the office. -Good benefits for employees - the office is very nice and centric in the city

      Cons

      - Some leads are incompetents are we don't know why, they stay there. they take hours to respond to an online request because everyone knows they do nothing. - Boss was again remote, just after covid it was frowned upon for him to work at home - No organization because of bad managment
