Pros

Location downtown. That's it. Oh, you also spend six days a week for twelve a day surrounded by so many different people in Miami, if you didn't know another language you become multilingual with the quickness.

Cons

God, where to start? CEO is long-winded and and expert dream seller. Lot's of promises and no follow through. You spend the first part of the day (8 am) in the morning meeting, listening to the Manager talk about himself, how great he/his life is, then you're sent to be brainwashed in a groupthink room called atmosphere where your conversations are carefully monitored, you high five people unnecessarily, worship the [other] manager (because there are two "companies" in the same place) who is just a pro scam artist in a cheap suit and you're told to teach the "SYSTEM" to gullible new recruits. The system is just a set of manipulative SALES tactics you need to memorize so you can get poor people to buy COMCAST a.k.a, a telecommunications company with statistically the WORST REPUTATION and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. You're sent to random locations all over Miami to be on your feet all day peddling Xfinity and getting told "no" for the better part of it.

Gosh, where to start is right! Not sure what would make this person happy, as being very upset and exaggerating seems to be the only clear fact that is distinguishable here. Here is a couple things to take into consideration: Firstly, Glassdoor ranks reviews based on true profiles (i.e If you sign in using your personal Facebook it will rank higher as it is a real profile) This review, although new, is also one of the last listed because it obviously stems from a created ID as oppose to the sincere past reviews people must have left from their Facebook profiles, etc... (Note: Glassdoor we hope will remove this defamatory, 1000% untrue, out of no where, and manipulative attack. We have already filed the complaint needed to remove this slander and await their judgement, seems it takes a week or so, we will update here) We suspect we know who wrote this, she has never worked with our company nor held any position within our firm...absolutely unequivocally never held a corporate trainer position, as this role is a small, select group approved by our clients and everyone who has worked within this role and whom no longer works with us has left under great terms, received a recommendation, and would never leave an attack to harm our business. On many levels, this attack is orchestrated only to harm our recruitment potential in a very important time of the year. The person who left this was employed by a one of our campaign partners, and they ended that relationship in an obviously bad manner. Unfortunately, misery loves company, and in between the multiple spelling, grammar, capitalization, and basic english mistakes you can see a clear mis-representation of our business...the basics miscues are however: (1) We do not work the hours stated above, as a small but telling example: Our work day for anyone not in management begins at 11:30am. (2) In every single ad that exist online, on our website, on our Glassdoor, on our Linkedin, etc...We clearly and proudly define our business as a promotions and sales firm. We proclaim in every source associated with us that we are experts in promotions and sales specifically within the big box retail sector. Basic reading and understanding language would make this clear to anyone above kindergarten. (3) Anyone with even the most basic knowledge or understanding of business appreciates sales. Whether someone wants to work in sales or not is a separate subject, but they understand sales and why every company on earth is open for business to sell its service, product, etc...This is not new, it has been around for a couple hundred years. (4) If in any way this person, or anyone else, thinks we are a business who will not stand proudly with our corporate partners/clients who contract us and their selected big box retail vendors,...well, they are very much mistaken. Be clear: The largest telecom provider in USA history partnered with the number 1 retailer in the world is budget we fought tooth and nail to sign on with...we accomplished that! Those results led us to the opportunity to work with the number 1 electronic retailer in USA, again for anyone with basic business sense this is not a negative, this is something that we worked very hard to accomplish and to secure these relationships, the consequent opportunities they provide us, is key to expand our business statewide/nationally. (5) Every business in the world uses sales systems. In every business, in sales especially, you hear "no" more then "yes". Why the person leaving this false review thinks hearing "No" all day would be a surprise, in sales (!) is slightly comical and also shows their ignorance and lack of understanding business basics. Just because this person uses capital letters in mid-sentence like an angry teenager does while they are texting, doesn't mean that our sales systems are manipulative. All sales, in every business, are aimed and based on turning a "No" into a "Yes"...it is Sales! :) We had a good laugh with that. (6) Lastly, this obviously in mental anguish, lying, fake reviewer who can conveniently remain hidden, doesn't need to post their face or name so people can see who has such tough words...if this person believes there is a business where no sales exist, and where clear, transparent language (we do promotions and sales within the in-store events for our clients!) isn't really clear only because you are jaded and want to pick a fight...well, we aren't sure any response or any logic or any maturity would work with this person. We hope Glassdoor does what is right and removes this ridiculous issue. If not, we are very confident anyone will understands the basic logic in our response, that they will be fair to our business/our partners and that this reasonable person will read the facts, read all our material, and obviously make their own judgement in person as oppose to being terrorized by this ambiguous, mysterious, lying, fake reviewer... With Love-the long winded CEO

Pros

Fun environment. Laid back atmosphere. CEO is an extremely motivated person. A place where one can learn transferrable skills. Great networking opportunities. A place where one can build a massive resume in public relations.

Cons

Long hours. Shared office space (crowded). Office is located downtown, so parking is a bit of a nightmare in the morning.

Hello there! Thank You for your review! Our CEO is certainly beyond ambitious, he is dedicated to seeing OmniFortuna Inc's obligations to it's team members and it's clients fulfilled and taking our business to the next levels! As we mentioned before, we are working on ways to reduce hours by maximizing existing hours to get more done in a streamlined yet not compromised way...As long as we can execute and develop our client's campaigns continually with the high standard our client's expect then we are always open to getting those couples hours a week reduced so we can all enjoy the fruits of our labor more...work hard, play harder...we get it!!! Again, sincerely, Thank you for your review and we wish nothing but the best ahead for you!

Thank You for this review!! We love to embrace and apply changes to our game based on honest, genuine feedback from our current and former teammates. Yes, we absolutely pride ourselves on our open door policy from Day 1, our management team strives to provide our client's the best in-store, promotion and sales force possible, but in order to do that the chain of communication needs to be two-way and open for us to maximize potential from hearing from the team bottom up and top to bottom. We are a team, period, through and through. We heard the long hours rumblings before, and agree. We wish we could get more done within a simpler schedule, we would all enjoy that especially in gorgeous Miami! Part of being an outsourced company is we work for the client's paying us,so in order to execute the full width of campaigns processes daily we need to go beyond what is traditional, that is what makes us special and in demand with our clients. Consequently we are working with our HR department to explore for the end of the year new processes to increase opportunity for those who see it (as you said) but find some of the standard hours upfront daunting. We will continue to work on that, so we all can benefit, while keeping the client's and the campaigns as productive as we can because that is a obligation we won't budge on. Thanks Again for your honest review, and best wishes for everything ahead!
