      Pros

      Highest level of technical expertise in the region. Family-like atmosphere where the coworkers and owners care about each other. Flat organization chart; employees are empowered to meet the needs of the client without someone staring over your shoulder.

      Cons

      Given the flat structure of the company, it's not the best place for someone interested in climbing the corporate ladder.

      Healthy work environment, with a great group of nice people.

      Overall can't say anything negative, work is work and this place is pretty darn good.

      Pros

      Healthy Work Environment - Emphasis placed on people taking care of employees and their families. Communication - True open-door policy that encourages communication of ideas and conversations that help you feel valued. Mentorship - So many opportunities to spend time with other engineers and learn about different technologies.

      Cons

      None that I have noticed.
