Pros
Good equipment and support, flexible hours (to an extent). Certain jobs have the expectation of presence whereas others permit more time as work-from-home. Pizza lunches for every new hire's first day! The office location is literally in the middle of nowhere but it's going to be a transit hub very soon so that should help transportation issues that people may have with regards to the location.
Cons
The commute can be challenging for those required to attend and can make a work/life balance difficult or nearly impossible. Pay raises have been negligeble for a few years because of a slow market (but the company did not let anyone go because of it).
