Pros

- Full time job with health care and lots of workplace activities. - Easy to get to via the metro or bus. - Great team and cool project. - Excellent work and life balance.

Cons

- Salary is less than I am used to, but workload is not too large or overwhelming. - no overtime might be considered a con to others, but it's pro in my book. - no room to move up the hierarchy. - some language difficulties and miscommunications due to complicated languages and misunderstandings.

- not much OT - ping pong table - flexible working hours

Cons

- toxic work culture where sexist jokes and bullying are allowed (even physical violence) - no HR to protect the well-being of employees (I heard this is an issue that has been going on for a while now) - upper management feels like a boys club (not uncommon to hear sexist jokes by upper management and senior employees) - salaries are low compared to other companies

Great people. Great leads. Great directors. Nice projects. Nice place to work.

Cons

Communication in general. People at rigging department are awful. They don't have a team spirit and they don't listen to Animators comments.
