No Prons. Dont go for this company guys. They are fraud. They dont live up to their words

if you want to ruin your career, go for this company. First they lure you with good package, then they deceive you by fake promises and all.

If you do not want to learn new technology and do not want to learn any new things then please join this company.

Cons

No New technology. No New work. Management is very weak. Politics. They provide very less hike around 2%. On Joining, you will get the package but after that you will get very less hike as per the market standard and you will feel very low. Here, they have only 1 project on which they work and which has also job insecurities. You can not guarantee the job security here. They do not have any resource planning. Managers, team Leaders shout at everyone over the floor in front of everyone in spite of their experiences. Whether you are senior or junior they shout at everyone. here, there is no such timing to go home. Day starts at 8.30 Am but it will not end as per the company;s timing. It will depend upon Mr. A. He will decide whether you have to leave office at 8.30 or 10.30 PM. They do not provide any cabs. Now, they have started firing people by saying that they do not have any projects and budget to pay the employees. CEO never hears your voice. You will never get the chance to raise your concern to her. Company always try to show that you are useless and you will not survive anywhere. They openly tell the employees to fire. There is no such things like Comp Off or vacation. Non technical persons are being made as leads, managers who just bla bla bla..... They just blame the employees for an thing. I have lost all the existing skills by working here. NO WORK, NO REST, NO HIKE, NO CABS, NO VACATION, NO LEAVES, NO KNOWLEDGE, NO TECHNOLOGY, NO RESPECT, NO MANAGEMENT, NO PROCESS

All the good reviews are by their recruitment team to attract talent but reality is something different. All the reviews below are 100% genuine and honest. They will not provide you an official degree but they will make you good in politics, telling lies, doing unethical things etc.

Cons

Internal environment is full of politics.late appraisal process irrespective of your performance. no transparent system. Only money oriented management believes on making their clients fool rather than providing them quality work. Hard workers never paid in this company. But they will give you good hike when you resign . So if you are smart enough to take offers from other companies you can have a good hike.most of the upper management employees are ceo's relatives. Salary is always on time around 8th of every month but sometimes it comes on 12 th also. Just to attract you they can offer you good amount at the time of joining. No outings, no communication with employees,no picnic, no facility. Sometimes water is not available.
