      Pros

      There were none. None for On Demand Ops, none for Fancy Hands.

      Cons

      In all my years of working, this is the most disorganized, misdirected, and con of a company. I can't find one thing about this company that is good. They con their assistants and associates with their pay. They say they're this big company but looking at the amount of work and the "tasks" and "clients", they're clearly lying and maybe lying to their clients too? Stay away from their other company, "Fancy Hands" too.

      Ability to work from home and benefits, although minimal.

      Cons

      Lack of professional leadership including micromanagement, lack of communication, as well as destructrive criticism. Unneccessary hostility results in poor job performance and begins the tearing at the seams of the company.

      I searched for a company like this for a long time. At last I am so very happy with ODO. I love working from my home office making outbound calls ... you don't even have to dial phone numbers the system connects you.

      Cons

      No. You will not get rich or be able to make a full-time salary, but you sure can make enough for the "extras" like taking a cruise .
