Pros
The Zynga building is fairly nice.
Cons
Company is a side project of a single wealthy angel investor and it's run exactly like you'd guess it is, product management and quality assurance was non-existent, product was launched too soon and was a perpetual disaster. There solutions to the lack of progress was to institute stricter hours, starting at 8am. My stock options were never actually signed off on through my entire tenure there.
