      Full healthcare benefits, 401k, unlimited PTO, wfh Fridays, diverse and friendly coworkers

      Cons

      Disorganized Endeavor upper management. Immediate supervisors within On Location are not the issue. It’s the VPs, Ps, and C-Suite people amassing wealth by constantly acquiring more and more companies then scrambling to make up for it with constant layoffs. It makes for a very uneasy workplace. No one is safe and the range of people let go seems entirely random. The company is short-staffed and remaining employees are underwater with an overwhelming workload.

      Where to begin? - Had to chase down the recruiter for any feedback - Job salary was 40% below market value - Was lied to during the interview process - No support at all from upper management - Management keeps you guessing and keeps moving goal posts - Constant revolving door for employees (we all know this doesn't lead to good things..) - Management asks for input, only to do what they want anyways - Work-life balance is very poor - Observed a handful of discriminatory behaviors from upper management - Sink or Swim environment - Because it's a revolving door, everyone just looks out for themselves
