Basic things were not provided by the company and staff were often told to carry their own materials. The work process involved repetitive and duplicate tasks with unnecessary reporting. The company culture felt extremely strict and pressure-driven. Most of the work involved going to schools and teaching, but employees were held responsible for almost every issue or complaint raised by schools, even when it was outside their control. Overall, employees were treated more like replaceable workers than professionals.
