Pros
Well it is never dull so its constantly challanging you to better yourself. Its versatile in the sense that you interact with different companies. My time here has made me a thespian, I can talk to clients with ease and manage and close a hard sale. My relationship with my employers is one where I can come with a proposal and have it really taken into consideration and more often than not taken into full effect. I am not below the ladder, and I feel that, that helps me be a better associate rather than a employee.
Cons
long hours, its production so this is a given, early call times, scouting locations, the days blur together at times.
