Pros
Great People. Great office ( both Melbourne and Brisbane ) Great Tech, they have a real devops culture, while there is legacy they strive to innovate. OTH have a great culture, very friendly and receptive people. The sellout to Macquarie is going to be great for this company.
Cons
Senior Management are blind to the reality of the concepts being put forward. Way to much middle management the provide little/no benefit. Very slow moving, seriously everyone else in the market is overtaking them.
