Toxic culture with weak accountability and inexperienced leadership. Teams receive minimal direction and are blamed when outcomes fall short, reinforced by a punitive and exclusionary environment. HR leadership was unprofessional and inexperienced, including guidance that encouraged DEI hiring based on name, self-identification, and LinkedIn profile appearance. The upbeat, values-driven image the company projects externally does not reflect the internal reality
