Work pressure is based on which team you are if you stuck in a team like I was in your also always have headache for all day they ( sotta ) suggest to increase the production because they give easy claim so need to work extra product and the next day assig the followup claim if your not able to complete the day production need to extend work hours. 😬
Cons
About appraisal if work correctly quality 💯 and complete your daily production and taking less leave that not giving you a extra penny in the appraisal but if close to the leads 🙈🙉🙊 and helping them speak like they are the best are god and never ask any questions or raise any issues about the claim or internal issue you get what you need in the appraisal. But I can't so I just worked more than 2 years like nothing. So my suggestion is work 1 year and search for better company 👍🏽 And next is about Compensations and benefits still didn't get what type of salary system they have i Compensate holiday and worked but I'd didn't get what they mentioned seems like lower than normally i get any way fk you

> lake of projects for growth. > Delay & low variable pay > No period traning due to trainer bandwidth. > No MIS guy to assist manager for reports. > Timeline not followed for incentives, RnR etc.
