Pros

Nothing good to say, complete scam

Cons

Don’t trust management and the CEO they are selling you a bunch of lies, there is little to no work with this company and they don’t even pay their employees. They still owe me and probably many other people training pay and commission from sales that were never paid out. When I asked if the money was coming my way I was completely ignored with no response from my manager or CEO. Then I was removed from the CRM database without any notice of this happening so I guess that means I was fired for asking for my money. These are people looking to take advantage of employees and costumers for their own personal financial gain. I Have to file a complaint in court to try to get my pay now. All the five star reviews are from employees during training when they tell you to give the company a five star review.

There are hundreds of thousands of 1099 employees across the United States. Paying your taxes out of your own check was something you were told before accepting the position.

Pros

-not a single one they will have the audacity to tell you that the snacks in the kitchen are a pro of the job

Cons

-lots of leads everyday -100% commission -UNPAID TRAINING (Red Flag) All of the negative reviews are true! The owner will sell you to the job, but at the end of the day you will be slaving away at the computer. Straight slavery! Remember, any company that is 100% commission is taking away all of their risk which is supposed to be YOU as the employee. They talk about 1099 bs, yet you are on a time clock. 1099 means you are your own business, which means you decide when you work. Someone said the owner finds sneaky ways to cut money from commission checks, absolutely true!! I AM SERIOUS WHEN I SAY THIS RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s a straight circus. All of the “employees” have been there for less than a year. If you want to sit behind the computer all day making calls to “warm” leads, which by the way are not warm at all, then this job might be for you. Actually, it isn’t even a job. You are practically your own business. If you want to spend 12 hours of your day and make nothing, this job is for you. These people will congratulate you on making a “sale” which turns out to be a decline because they deal with people with horrible credit. GET OUT NOW! IF YOU MADE IT TO THE INTERVIEW RUN AWAY!! MATT R WILL TELL YOU HE “SPENDS” $12,000 A MONTH GENERATING LEADS. IT IS A STRAIGHT LIE!! ALSO THEY ARE NOT A REVOLUTIONARY COMPANY. This whole “sATELite IMagEry” is the standard now. A lot of roofing companies use sATELiTE ImAgery. They should be sued to have such a horrible company. This dude Matt has cocaine addicts around him. You’ll see them rubbing their noses as they sit down sweating profusely at their computer desks. 0 STARS!!
