Pros

Working as an Artist Manager here has been a good and dynamic experience overall. The role involves close interaction with artists, understanding their needs, and managing projects end-to-end. It gives great exposure to the industry and helps in building strong relationships with talent as well as internal teams. The environment is collaborative, and there’s always something new to learn given the variety of work. You also get a good level of ownership, which allows you to take initiatives and grow professionally over time.

Cons

The role can be quite fast-paced, and managing multiple artists and timelines at once can sometimes be challenging.

Too much of office politics

Business outlook

Pros

1. They don't have much of work/brands left, so you'll be chilling most of the time.

Cons

1. Too much of politics and favouritism, removing p would remove major office politics. 2. Zero professionalism. you'll find p openly abusing, talking about sex, flexing randomly, flirting with female employees. 3. Don't join, it's a sinking ship
