-Work is never dull. You get a variety of assignments and collaborate with some of the biggest organizations in the social impact space.
-You don't feel like just a cog in the machine. Your input and autonomy are valued.
-Co-workers support each other well and communication is consistent.
-The work is very fulfilling
Cons
It's not necessarilly a con, but there was a bit of a learning curve the first few months to feel comfortable with the workload and navigating the sheets, documents, SOPs, etc. But I think that's a fairly common challenge within any organization.
