Pros
If you are someone who is passionate about IT and a keen learner, you simply won't go wrong with One IT. There is literally an ever-expanding wealth of knowledge and learning opportunities at your fingertips. The team actually encourages bouncing off each other (Seniors don't only help juniors but are always listening and happy to learn from juniors). Directors actually listen to, and act on feedback from the crew.
Cons
One IT is simply not for the faint hearted. You will be challenged regardless of your previous experience. One IT is not the place to go if you are looking to do the same thing day in/ day out. Literally everyday is a different day. The company is also evolving; possibly faster than any other MSP in the NT; so you need to adapt very quickly.
