Cons? Absolutely everything, this company will suck the life out of you. Work 10am - 10pm every other Saturday and Sunday, you better not have a family as you do not have time for them anymore. The management do not care for you, they want money and that's it. They will make you feel like you are doing everything wrong to profit of you. They use statics to say that because people are not paying then you are not doing a good enough job.
