- Very efficient and fair human resource department - Well-managed team and CEO engagement - Clear KPI and job responsibilities - Competitive pay and bonuses - Amazing new office and central location with access to many restaurants
Cons
- Constant updating/changing of work calendar, especially near holidays - Must work one day on the weekend during the low season - Must work both Saturday and Sunday during the busy season
