Pros

I enjoyed the flexibility this job offered. At the time of my employment (part-time), they had testing days throughout the week and initially I could opt to wkr the days that my schedule allowed. For the lower level positions it is great pay and normally a relaxed work environment. My role was more challenging being a Site Lead, but it was worthwhile for my pay rate! I enjoyed provide free public testing for the communities we were stationed at each week.

Cons

Over time, I because so frustrated with leadership I decided to resign. I was in a leadership role but given very little authority. This was a role fully in the field, operating the testing sites for the organization. But leadership would often overrule decisions I and other Site Leads wanted to made in the field. We constantly had issues with supplies and how other teams operated. Despite my attempts to report these issues for assistance I felt it was left up to me to handle. I was sad to leave but it became clear leadership did not want Site Leads that took the role seriously and tried to implement changes to improve performance and efficiency.

Pros

Pay for Site Lead and support roles is competitive for the area. It's possible to create a flexible work schedule with other work commitments.

Cons

Not much room for upward mobility in the organization. As well, working out in the elements for the free public testing services could be extremely challenging during inclement weather.
