Pros
You are working in small group settings with students. You get to directly see the impact you are having on their education. Most of the time, the teachers are also great to work with. They appreciate your help and are happy you are in the room with them.
Cons
I don't really have any! Other than the fact that you're essentially another teacher and the job is very draining. Other than that, not really any cons. You deal with big personalities like you would at any workplace.
