The local MD named Yohanes has no idea what he is doing and has zero product knowledge and requirement. He always acts like he's the boss but the truth is he's not even the boss. This management never listens to what their employee said but instead always micro-managing our tasks, and when bad things happen they will blame us. He even won't respect you even if you're right, but will blame you when you did little mistakes. All he cares about is his own bonuses, The company won't pay any bonuses if you win sales, the contract they provide is a red flag, please read carefully before you sign their contract.
