2. There are no boundaries around work.
3. People regularly experience physical symptoms of work stress.
4. There is no support for employee growth.
People are afraiding to take responsibility. Company is being led by a person who knows nothing regarding the technical part and always make decision which always make no sense. I dont recommend people who are motivated to stay here.
