Pros

It is a relatively small company that allows direct access to the CEO, and as a result, there are some exciting opportunities if you are persistent enough.

Cons

Basically the company stays afloat because the owner has some great ideas, but it's a true boys club; the writers team consisting of all women does the majority of the work while the guys low-key troll them, make inappropriate comments and brush off all the concerns by blaming everything on the company software and claiming that the new software they've been rolling out for the last year will fix all the work flaws. If you try to fix things, the higher management gets incredibly insecure and tries to shut down every effort. I worked there for a short period of time and during that time heard a bunch of stories about talented, capable people getting fired consistently. The nice intelligent guy that interviewed me for the job got fired unexpectedly before I even started the job. I got let go 2 months later for trying to change the culture. Beware <3

It is not that odd that higher performing team members have a closer relationship to their CEO and upper management. Companies do not take the lower performers on business reward trips, right? Simple concept. BTW, this team member was let go for sending written vulgarities in a customers content about another team member. A nightmare to begin with.

Pros

Good Coworkers and Middle-Management, Small company advantages. When I was first hired there was a good corporate energy and excitement about services.

Cons

Very inaccessible and detached upper-level management, high distrust and rivalry between departments, draconian and outdated policies around attendance, leave, and dress, and high propensity for firing. In the last few months I worked for Online Image, a new CEO was brought in who fired most of the fulfillment department as well as an employee with a mental disability, instituted a "five minutes early or late may result in firing" policy, and took to branding the company as a "software-as-a-service" company (despite providing no software to speak of). CEO and founder (who was the prior CEO) were nearly impossible to get a hold of to pitch ideas.

I'm so sorry you feel this way. As a company, our goal is to not conform to the standards of "software" companies of the 21st century. We do believe that some dress standard is needed. Unfortunately if you were unaware of the millions of dollars in software that we have created by the development team of 12 people and If you didn't know that we use software this may have something to do with why you were released. :(

Pros

Amazing co-workers that try hard.

Cons

- Not a well ran company. Management young and inexperienced and at the hands of owner that can not run the place it needs to be ran. - The service provided and results given are black hat. - No education or experience needed to work here - I ultimately hurts the business - Makes promises that cant be kept, its a revolving door.
