      Pros

      OTG is a great place to work. Given it’s a JV, there’s a lot of talented people working on the field and it’s a good company to learn and also grow up. Company recognizes hard work and promotes.

      Cons

      Still going through a bit of process implementation but overall a great opportunity to work on the Ontario Line.
