The project is interesting, but how much you do will depend on the team you’re assigned to. Benefits of commute reimbursement is good and you get a fair amount of time off/personal leave days

For design co-op in particular, I found that I often times had not enough work and had to bug people for things to do, and senior staff would only interact with me when they needed something. Overall there aren’t that many other coop students and the age gap makes it hard to interact with full timers- they also don’t generally have an interest in talking to you. This role in general doesn’t have any set tasks so what you do is entirely up to whoever you’re assigned to. Work is also repetitive and after the first 2 months I stopped learning.

Money and people. Relatively easy work and pace compared to most construction.

People and management. 50 of the 100 white hats don’t really have a job that contributes or produces anything tangible and they all know it…. So they find minor non issues or create issues and then solve them and take pretty pictures of their work.
