      Easy to get a job here because a everyone is quitting.

      Cons

      Poor performance of HR, unprofessional crew in HR HR is not honouring the contracts and terms mentioned in the offer. Lack of explanation, arbitrary decisions. Offering week off for Christmas just to call it off after you accept the offer
