      employee discount on merchandise in store

      long hours, overworked, little pay, very disorganized, short tempered “higher up” employees, empty promises, toxic workplace. It’s obvious that the CEO/Founder TJ is intimidated by women in power and takes his anger out on them

      Most of the people in the head office are amazing! Co-workers, manager retreats, music, freedom(ish)

      Cons

      If you aren’t in the inner circle of people who suck up to the CEO, you will forever be on the chopping block. You are forced to try convince people to buy clothes that are worth a third of what they cost. Very little market research is done for some store locations. No raises
