Pros
Ooodles is overall, a great place to work. The Senior team are very supportive and approachable, and with remote working , makes work - life balance very easy to manage. We all work as one team to achieve the clear objectives set.

Fast-paced start-up environment where you’re trusted with real responsibility early on Huge learning curve - great exposure to different areas of the business Senior leadership is approachable and open to all ideas If you’re proactive, you can genuinely shape processes and have an impact Strong sense of momentum and ambition
Cons
As with most start-ups, processes are still evolving and not always fully defined Can be demanding at times, with shifting priorities and tight timelines Growth can mean wearing multiple hats, which may feel overwhelming for some
