      Nothing to say good about this company

      (Oottru - Bangalore)The company doesn't have any structure. They don't have set roles and responsibility. They say everyone has to do everything. They are acutal confused and don't know who should be doing what. Now, Oottru is going to be acquired by Cricut so expect n number of layoffs and no existence on Oottru as anyways Oottru is confused with their internal structure.

      Nothing good, full of politics

      full of politics, more opportunity but only for the people who are mainly from Tamil else nothing. Can say full of discrimination inside office. It's difficult to stay ther longer time. Worst part micromanagement

      1. Simple, small management 2. Easy going office times but strict on work hours 3. Stable unlike other start-ups 4. Out of huge traffic jams of outer ring road 5. Good culture, birthday and other events. 6. Minumun process and direct interaction with clients.

      Cons

      1. Require performance based appraisal 2. Use more tools to optimize time and work.
