1. No work life balance. 2. The owner is very rude to employees. 3. Employee's are ill treated and are spoken so rudely with. 4. Whenever any employee exists the organisation they are never handed over their documents on time and additionally, the last month's salary is never paid off. 5. There is no appraisal policy. 6. No employee engagement activities.
