      Bad culture = High staff turnover. Wake up!

      There are some great people throughout the business.

      Cons

      The culture has been on a decline since the beginnings of the company. Incapable and non contributing middle management hide behind the outputs of the teams below them. No value given to the talented individuals in these teams who are actually making a difference. This is the reason why so many great people have left, and will continue doing so. Years of experience and knowledge leaves the business with them which is absolute madness.
