In my entire career of 20+ years and several employers, I have NEVER felt more seen, valued or appreciated than by the people of Opalsoft. This treatment legitimately starts with the CEO and is demonstrated by each employee. From a management hierarchy view, this is a flat organization where the CEO is only 2 tiers above me. He knows my family and takes a genuine interest in employee success and well-being. Also, this is a learning-based organization open to new ideas and willing to listen. If Opalsoft offers you a position, accept it without reservation.

Cons

Honestly, I have found no downsides.
