- Actively looking at producing good culture in the company where you gell with the overall company and the team - Good for people who wanted to learn marketing in-depth with practical strategies and advice
Cons
- Startup vibe after 8-9 years, which the game plan are usually falling short, either too ambitious or not enough determination to stick through it - If you do not get along with the rest of the team or company, you are pressured to be more "culturally involved"
